• 800 square feet with two stories, two sleeping areas, two bathrooms and living space with kitchen, all in a two-story open studio space.
• A framed bedroom with a queen bed and TV. The framed bed area has open windows with shutters.
• Downstairs are the updated living space, and kitchen. The living space has a queen sleeper-sofa, television, DVD player and mobile AC unit. Upstairs are the second queen bed and full bathroom. There are also twin bunk beds on the upper level.
• The kitchen area includes utensils, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove top and oven.
• The Premium Studio Loft Condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.

This spacious two-story Studio Loft condominium has easy access to the great outdoors and the famous KT22 chairlift! The condo location gives you an incredible experience and you don’t have to drive your car to the resort – you are already there! It truly doesn’t get much better than that.

Upon entering this cozy yet spacious condo, you'll find a queen bed zone on the first floor, thoughtfully walled off and separated from the living space. There are shuttered windows on the wall and window openings that provide an extra layer of privacy and the ability to open up to the condo space.

The living room space has a sofa that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your après beverages and stories of the day. It has a comfy red chair and sleeper-sofa. The adjacent dining table seats six on leather chairs. There is also a large TV on a beautiful deep red wall and a portable air conditioning unit for summer that can help take the edge off a hot day.

The kitchen has granite counters, a granite shelf, plenty of utensils, full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, range top and an oven to round things out.

Upstairs in this condo you have even more room. A queen bed and wooden twin bunk beds – plus a TV too – make this spot a great escape zone for some of the group.

The condo has two bathrooms, each renovated with granite counters and showers for a luxury feeling. The downstairs bathroom has an oversized tub. The bathrooms are conveniently located on each floor, making it easy for everyone to prepare for their mountain adventures.
As you relax in this spacious mountain retreat, you'll be treated to views of the surrounding trees, the swimming pool and the valley peaks.

After a day of skiing or snowboarding, enjoy the Palisades Tahoe Lodge hot tubs, steam room or sauna. If you're here during the summer, you can take advantage of the refreshing swimming pool too.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
