It has a comfy chair and sleeper sofa, coffee table and dining table for four. There is also a television and DVD player.

The kitchenette comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is no oven. The bathroom is roomy and has an oversized tub/shower.

The second floor location of the condo means you’ll feel up in the trees with its courtyard view. You’re only a short stroll to the Village at Palisades Tahoe for dining, après, shopping, live music and year-round local festivals. Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking.
