„When we arrived, we found that our room had not been cleaned properly, and the bathroom was dirty. It smelled strongly of urine, and it was obvious that the floor and the toilet had not been cleaned. It was very disappointing. Later, a maintenance staff member came and cleaned only the toilet. He himself noticed how dirty it was. The only positive thing about our stay was that they offered free parking.“

„it's not what HYATT is normally. I will not come back again.“

„Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Absolut empfehlenswert.“
