„A lot of steps but so worth the view. We walked into town every day which was a little sketchy with the narrow roads but it only took about 15 mins. I woukd say the location was great. The area down below by the ocean had some seating for a small family. Jumping off the rock, looking at the fish in the water, so much fun. The host was easily reachable. „Das Objekt ist sehr geräumig und großzügig. Wir waren 9 Personen und jeder hatte ausreichend Platz, um auch mal für sich zu sein. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, die Einrichtung traditionell rustikal und mit liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Besonders der Kamin hat uns sehr gut gefallen, den wir auch öfter genutzt haben, um gemütlich beieinander zu sein. „Reggio was a consummate host. Getting to the unit involved a bit of navigating, but he was with us the whole way. When we needed advice about transit for our party of six, he was right there. The property itself is an idyllic slice of heaven. The town of Cetara is a short walk from the rental and has all you could ask for from a quiet getaway. Skip Positano amd Amalfi and come here. You can easily visit either by shuttle boats and this spot is far better. “

Es ist eine tolle Villa in Hanglage am Berg gelegen am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes mit sehr freundlichen Bewohnern. Die Lage hoch am Berg führt dazu dass sich auch höhere Temperaturen erst ab Mittag bemerkbar machen, bis dahin hält der kühle Wind vom Berg die Hitze fern, sehr angenehm! „Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön und liegt hoch über Maiori mit wunderbarem Blick. Jedoch ist es mit dem Auto fast nicht erreichbar. Es führt ein extrem steiler Wirtschaftsweg hinauf und es gibt keinen Parkplatz. Runter in den Ort kommt man über steile Treppen, die teilweise ausgewaschen sind. Man geht mindestens 25 Minuten runter und 45 Minuten hoch. Diese Voraussetzungen waren im Objekt nicht beschrieben und wir waren gezwungen vorzeitig abzubrechen.“
