This listing was not as advertised, I left and stayed in a hotel 20min away. About a week prior to my trip I received a message asking if I could be moved to another location, the MGM at 84 Saco (“Marvin Gardens Motel”). This was pitched as an upgrade of sorts with two beds instead of one. I have to imagine the location they sent me is under renovation, otherwise the entire listing is misleading. I could not find the turn in to the motel area, I drove by it multiple times, the pool is taking up the entire front of the property, it’s very unclear where the turn in is. Also, fyi, the pool is right up against a busy street, though the fence is shrouded with a tarp. As part of the instructions on access, there is a number to text if you need anything urgent. I messaged the number and am still waiting to hear back. Long story long, I eventually figured it out. Accessing the unit was simple enough, however it was very dated. I was put on alert because the welcome message mentioned to make sure the door is closed securely behind me more than once. The only light in the room was a janky standing light that was not plugged in, so it was very dark. When I did get it plugged in, it only lit about half the room. The faucet was dripping in the dated bathroom, and the shower was flaking and had seen many better days. As a frequent solo traveler, this is the first time I actually left a location or even felt compelled to leave a review.
