„Front Desk staff was amazing, great location, better room“

„This hotel was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile! The entire hotel is beautiful and super clean! The bed was so comfortable, the rooftop bar was so pretty and nice for a quick drink/app before dinner, all of the staff were super nice and helpful, the valet was always quick and easy! The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to coffee shops, dinner, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!“

„This has been one of the best hotel stays that we have had in a while! The staff were so genuine and helpful. Javier’s communication was excellent. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was perfect! The one downside was the pool said it was heated and it was not. “

„Although the hotel was under renovation overall, it was really nice. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. There was some slight cleaning issues however we took care of that personally. Breakfast was top-tier for it to be free. “

„There was a used washcloth left hanging on the shower curtain rod. The drain plug was broken so it was stuck closed, had to open it with my fingernails in order for the water to go down. Yuck. The breakfast was ridiculously expensive. “

„Nice room. Good location. Friendly front desk. However wifi not working and filthy elevator. The manager did not take my feedback seriously and refused to refund any amount. Instead, he tried to talk me into a loop. Unfortunate.“
