„Großzügige Zimmer (allerdings länger nicht mehr renoviert), sehr schöner Onsen. Sehr freundliche Rezeption, allerdings ist der Service etwas unflexibel. Es wird eine kleine Barkaution verlangt, die man beim Auschecken leicht vergisst - am besten für die Kaution eine Quittung geben lassen!“

„Amazing location and building. Welcoming staff who always greeted with a smile and warm approach. Good English and just all around an amazing stay and experience. Great outdoor Onsen for use in the evening and the lounge having drinks available to grab regularly. Could not fault them and cannot recommend the Ryokan highly enough.“

„Der Aufenthalt war sehr nett, das Personal sprach wenig englisch, aber war bemüht. Es gab Kimonos auf den Zimmern, man schläft auf Matten auf dem Boden, es gibt gratis Tee. Duschen und Toiletten befinden sich auf dem Flur. Für eine Nacht hat es uns dort sehr gut gefallen.“
