It’s within 15 minutes of whitewater rafting and hiking at Ohiopyle State Park.The cabin is spacious and met our needs well for a family of 5 and our 60# dog. There were enough dishes, utensils, and cooking supplies, and a full kitchen. The beds are firm and the bedrooms are clean. The home itself is relatively clean. „Cabin is very nice but felt you should include photos of Orndorff cabin in proximity to Schaeffer house. It was not occupied, but if it was, it would have changed our entire trip due to loud talkers in our group around the fire ring. Cleanliness was good except half eaten oreo left on top of refrigerator. Made me wish I would of bought the oreos I was looking at the prior day. Honestly did like the Schaeffer house.“
