„After a long wet day in the rail trail; the heat, electric heater (fireplace) and laundry facilities help to escape the wetness of the day. You do not want to ride a bike to the house, the road was horrible. But once was arrived by a shuttle we found in town. The house was just great. “

„The main problem was the lack of privacy with the ceiling between the two bedrooms being wide open. You could literally hear someone passing gas in the other room., and we were just two women. I can’t imagine if two couples were there. Otherwise everything was clean and we enjoyed the stay.“

„Even better than the pictures! Incredible attention to detail with the Hobbit theme. Great amenities and clear instructions for enjoying this unique place. The stairs were no problem for our crew, but might be for anyone with mobility issues or wandering little ones. Owner was prompt in responding to a few questions. A must for LOTR fans!“
