„We booked this hotel specifically because it had an indooor pool for our kids. The pool closed and the only reason i was given was they were “out of towels”. This made no sense and then when i ask again and suggested i could just use my own…. I was told it would be ready and open in about 30 mins bc housekeeping needed to clean up around it?? I could see inside and it was not messy. Just weird why it was closed and no one could give me a straight answer.“

„The curtain was broken and laying in the floor. I was offered a new room but I fixed it myself. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The shower head was old and stopped up. At 200 dollars a night I expected more.“

I imagine she doesn't have children and she sent me out of the hotel. Terrible service, attention did not make me any return. „it was absolutely terrible. we had to go to five rooms before we would find a room that would lock. some of them didn't have lights. there was hoes in the walls. there was paint spots on everything. it was dirty. the towels looked dirty. they were folded. the tubs have been painted. can't believe you all have this on your site for experience would never recommend“

„Bring roach spray with you. The Roaches were bad. Also you need pillows. They ones there were like having no pillows at all. There was no other availability in the area at other hotels, so we took a chance. Kept most belongings in our vehicle, didn't want roaches in everything.“

„Personal war teilweise sehr nett, teilweise haben die Damen nicht mal gegrüßt. Zimmer sind abgewohnt, Löcher in den Wänden. Die Gäste sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Im Flur roch es stark nach Marihuana. Beim Frühstück kamen die Gäste barfuss halbnackt oder im.Schlafanzug. Keine Bademäntel vorhanden, obwohl es in der Beschreibung stand. Handtücher am Pool klein, Pool ungepflegt und kalt. Man musste in Badebekleidung durch die Rezeption laufen.“

„It is in a less than desirable neighborhood. Random people walking through the parking lot and working on their vehicles changing break pads and rotors. Bullet proof glass in the vestibule to check in. Vending machines and ice machine were out of service. Short & curly hairs on the “clean” sheets. Back of toilet seat lid had fecal matter stuck on it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.“
