„Beautiful location only downfall was the water pressure very low and standup shower limited space to place soaps and shampoo and there is no lights in the shower so it’s dark but yes I would def book again and just the view alone is 5 star plus! “

„very relaxing stay except for mattress was too firm. Table is very wobbly would suggest a replacement set.Enjoyed the patio attached to bedroom. Very well equipped with everything we needed“

„Check-in couldn’t have been smoother. The unit was available early and the host let us know. Self check-in with a key pad is very convenient. The place was sparkling clean, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Kitchen was adequately stocked for light meal and snack prep but not for cooking large meals indoors. A nice grill is available outside. The host’s communication was very good and responsive. “

„This is a unique property: a view from the porch of Oarweed Cove, the Marginal Way and the Atlantic Ocean; from the driveway you are steps from Perkins Cove’s shops, restaurants and harbor. We enjoyed our stay, especially the ocean views and sounds.“

„This place was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. We loved the facilities too. Couple cons for our family was that there was only one parking spot available…we had to switch out cars for a couple do days and only one bedroom for all four of us. Our kids didn’t end up bringing their friends. It would be tight for 6 people. I would recommend staying here though. We are looking into another property at the Holiday House for next year’s trip…but if that falls through we will try to rebook ...

„The condo was perfect for our family of four. Even as a one bedroom, we had plenty of space. Walking distance to the beach was great and didn’t need to worry about parking. We could stop for a midday break and go back out. Everything was very clean and well maintained.“

Only downside was the coffee maker didn’t work for us. The air conditioner was doing what is should but after a good filter cleaning ( boy did it need it) it worked perfectly.“

„Very good. Recommend having a second key inside so you don’t have to deal with the lockbox everytime. I think it said one would be there online but we never found it. We are older and it eas cold getting in sometimes. Overall it was excellent and we loved our time there. “

"Die Anlage wurde bei Hotels.com angepriesen und wir haben daher diese Anlage auf unserer Rundreise gebucht. Als wir angekommen sind, sind wir nicht in dem Hotelgebäude untergebracht worden, was auf der Website gezeigt ist, sondern in einem Nebengebäude auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das Zimmer war Richtung Parkplatz zur Rückseite des Gebäudes gelegen.Das Zimmer war sehr abgenutzt. Ich habe die Rezeption angesprochen auf die doch sehr unterschiedlichen Informationen auf Hotels.com zu dem zugewiesenen Zimmer. Man hat mir nur mitgeteilt, dass Expedia und Hotels.com die „übriggebliebenen“ Zimmer bekommen und die guten Zimmer den Gästen vorbehalten sind, die direkt bei dem Hotel gebucht haben. "
