„This place was perfect for us! It is small, as described, but just what we needed. The couch was opened up and perfect for our 4 year old to sleep on. They provided sheets for the futon bed as well. The bed was comfortable. Perfect location! We walked to Congdon's for doughnuts and to their food truck night. Also walked to Mike's Clam shack. Ogunquit and York are a short drive. We loved the pool. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay again. “

„The entire place was immaculate. Plenty of supplies on hand and very pet friendly. Our dog took off with the zoomies as soon as we took him off leash in the fenced in back yard. We will definitely book there again the next time we are in town visiting family.“

„The absolute best location in Portsmouth! Convenient to all the shops and dining and with a beautiful view of the bay. Bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds & bedding. My only downside is the main living room area is a bit tight for a family of four. One couch that could comfortably seat three people and no dining table to sit and play a game of cards or board game - we used the coffee table with my teenage girls sitting on the floor - it worked, but it certainly was a compromise.  ...

„Great location on Route 1. Numerous beaches, nature preserves, shops/restaurants within 1-3 miles. We brought 2 little kids and they loved the pool. The pool was a big highlight. Great placeto enjoy the local spots and come back to relax and unwind.“

„The unit was exactly as shown in pictures: clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable chair/couch, table looks over side street for morning coffee people watching. The linens and king bed were spotless and comfy. Plenty of towels available and a small wall heater in the bathroom. There are stairs to get to unit but stair hall is wide, easy to navigate. We did street parking which was easy to find/pay for but saw the recommended parking garage (would have done that if it was winter). Unit has fan, ...
