„We stayed at Richard's property for a small family reunion of sorts and could not be happier with the experience. The home is beautiful and spacious. There are ample rooms and beds and a place for everyone to gather or do their own thing. The proximity to Ogunquit was also key. Especially liked being able to cook a family dinner and be together at the large dining room table. We are going to make this an annual trip and will definitely book again!“

„We had a wonderful experience. It started with having the lights turned on for us as we arrived late at night, followed by the pleasant surprise of snacks and wine. The house was clean, inviting and well stocked. We really appreciated the little extras like chargers, Bluetooth speaker and luggage racks in each room. Tom was very organized by sending a manual with follow up videos. I would stay here again! “

„You could tell how new this property was with every detail in the home and the cleanliness! Also host thought of leaving many helpful things that we didn’t need to bring (all bedding, bath towels, beach towels, wagon, nice beach chairs). Our group of five (four adults and a 4 year old) had a great stay and had plenty of room to spread out. Hope to return again in the future! “

It was large enough for a big family gathering; there were a multitude of places to find a quiet place if needed; the outdoor seating options were varied; the kitchen was well stocked and plenty of seating for everyone; the ADA bedroom makes it so much easier with elderly members; the location to beaches and the Nubble lighthouse were just a short walk, etc etc! We had a fabulous time and super comfortable stay and would highly recommend this property. “

„Property was exactly as listed and everyone had an amazing weekend celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday! The only thing I will say is parking is very limited! We had people joining us from Maine and NH and had seven vehicles. Had it been peak season not sure what we would have done! “

„What a great space! There was plenty of room to spend time together or apart and the decor is charming. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for our stay with the family dog. We faced some issues with the a/c and management was super responsive. Portable units were delivered right away to keep us comfortable and the next day the issue was fixed. Communication was constant and clear. Great service! The house is right on Post road so there is some traffic noise but it was not tood bad and calmed in ...

„Stayed with family, from multiple states to meet in beautiful Ogunquit for a wedding (bride and groom stayed here too). Home is immaculate and comfortable, tastefully furnished with a soft place for every person to sit. Bedrooms were delightfully quiet with lovely beds and bedding. Plenty of closet space and a very well appointed kitchen. Barbeque filled the need of a big family dinner. "Das Motel liegt an der Hauptstraße. Daher sehr verkehrsgünstig. Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf Durchreise. Das Zimmer war sehr in Ordnung. Der Empfang war sehr nett. "

"Die Anlage wurde bei Hotels.com angepriesen und wir haben daher diese Anlage auf unserer Rundreise gebucht. Als wir angekommen sind, sind wir nicht in dem Hotelgebäude untergebracht worden, was auf der Website gezeigt ist, sondern in einem Nebengebäude auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das Zimmer war Richtung Parkplatz zur Rückseite des Gebäudes gelegen.Das Zimmer war sehr abgenutzt. Ich habe die Rezeption angesprochen auf die doch sehr unterschiedlichen Informationen auf Hotels.com zu dem zugewiesenen Zimmer. Man hat mir nur mitgeteilt, dass Expedia und Hotels.com die „übriggebliebenen“ Zimmer bekommen und die guten Zimmer den Gästen vorbehalten sind, die direkt bei dem Hotel gebucht haben. "
