„Clean….helpful staff….good breakfast“

„I booked a nights stay with my family. Upon arrival front desk insisted they are not active on hotels. Com and made me a new reservation with a much higher rate. I showed them my reservation but service was terrible. I had driven almost an hour to get to this place mind you. I found another hotel hill view hotel in McCarthy hills that was a much better experience “

„Staff at Serenity Terraces Beach Hotel-Kokrobite were responsive and accommodating during my 2-day stay. They promptly addressed overnight power issues, and management comped a room upgrade as a goodwill gesture. The team's helpfulness stood out, consistent with the property's strong staff ratings.“

„The hotel was not able to honor my booking-- the rooms we booked were not available . No manager was on the site and the only staff who was there was not able to validate our Expedia booking. Alternate rooms they suggested were terrible. We ended up securing rooms in a different facility. “

„The breakfast and the pool was excellent. “
