We're thrilled to have you stay in our newly constructed home, nestled near the tranquil water inlets leading into the Indian River Bay. You’ll be treated to stunning views and unforgettable sunsets over the harbor and bay.

Just a 10-minute bike ride from Bethany Beach, our location offers both convenience and beauty. With a direct and easy drive from Fred Hudson Road to Coastal Highway, getting here—and getting around—is a breeze.

Once you arrive, feel free to park your car and explore on foot or bike. Just outside the community entrance, a short 10-minute walk or 2-minute bike ride will take you to the community grocery store, a pizza shop, and family-friendly restaurants.

We love the water and believe you will too—whether you're taking in the serene views of the bay inlets from the front porch or strolling the charming boardwalk of Bethany Beach. And if you're looking to visit friends in Dewey or Rehoboth, you're just a few miles away from even more coastal fun.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
