"Excellent hôtel, moderne et bien aménagé, situé à deux pas du centre historique. Le personnel est très serviable. Nous avons oublié quelque chose dans notre chambre. Le personnel s'est démené pour retrouver l'objet. Service digne d'un 5 étoiles, nous recommandons vivement."

"This is a nice, functional hotel with good-sized rooms. The rooms at the back are very quiet, unless neighbours are talking loudly on the phone or slamming doors. The staff are very friendly and helpful and speak English perfectly. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive, offering more than you would expect in Italy. The one negative point is the extremely perfumed lobby and hallways. It is far beyond what is bearable, unless something dreadful needs to be masked. I would recommend that the hotel reconsider this aspect."
