Pet friendly, close to the beach and convenient to grocery.I was able to walk to the donut shop and grocery store easily (less than 1/2 mile). We went on a charter boat to fish during our stay and were able to take advantage of the fish cleaning station.

We had a fabulous week at Palmbrook One! The layout of the house was perfect for our family and the furnishings were comfortable and inviting. The beds were very comfy! We loved having the deck and screened in porch to relax and hang out. The proximity to the beach was great as well as the Middleton park. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

We had an amazing vacation. Check in and communication was great. There was an issue with the dryer prior to check in but they had someone come asap to look at it. We were able to bring our dogs which made this such a great family vacation.

Oak Island Spring Break Trip

We had a wonderful time at Palmbrook One, and fell in love with the Oak Island area. The beach house is in a great location... easy access to the beach, fishing piers, the Point, and only 15-20 minutes from Southport. It is a 5 minute walk to Middleton Park where there are several pickle ball courts and a Farmer's Market on certain days. There are also several local ice cream shops and coffee shops within walking distance. Brian was quick to respond to any questions we had prior and during our visit. This VRBO was perfect for our spring break vacation!!

Vacation Paradise

Perfectly situated one and a half short blocks from the beach access and within walking distance to the Davis Canal (fishing) and just a few blocks from the many restaurants and little island stores. Love the local artwork displayed in the home. The outdoor shower with both hot and cold water was amazing after a long day of beach fun. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and for evening wine. Communication with the host was exceptional. Will most definitely be visiting again with the family!
