The only complaint I have is that the 8-digit code for the building door is a hassle. „I had reserved this place for my parents for its practicality, thinking it would just be a comfortable place for them to sleep and shower while they spent most of their time out and about during the day. Communication was quite delayed (20hrs) and never rectified….sent several follow-up messages, again no resolution….disappointing.
