„The location was great and was walking distance to anything that you would need in Plateau Mont-Royal. The space was nice and clean. The only downside was the sheets and pillowcases had some black (grease?) marks, and the towels were stained with what I think is makeup that wouldn't wash out. The communication with the host was poor. It was raining while I was there and so I had requested an umbrella, which they said they didn't have any. I thought it was a reasonable request as a guest. „The apartment was clean, warm and comfortable as photos showed. I was asked for a last minute deposit in addition before getting an entrance code and proof of ID and when inquiring for help with a check in form. It was not a simple straightforward process and my phone was dying after traveling and working all day. I found things broken and leaking and wanted to report it so it wasn’t put on me for the deposit and they required I send videos which I was not able to download. It was a real hassle ...
