„We were fortunate enough to have a bottle of wine included in our stay. However, the front desk stated that the wine would be delivered shortly to our room and we stayed over 90 minutes waiting for it and then finally gave up. Note: it's much more convenient to just pick up the bottle of wine yourself at the bar by the pool.“

„Everything was just extraordinary. Really the best resort I ever been too!“

„The hotel is under renovation. Strong disturbance from noise and dirt. Price performance is not right. Beach is OK“

„Good service & friendly staff“

„The directions to this property are incorrect on the Hotels.com App and pinned the location to Nuevo Vallarta, which is Not where Park Life Tizate is as it is further north in La Cruz, so after driving around for an hour the raxi driver contacted his office to get the proper directions, which we were susequently charged and additional $900 MX pesos.
