„Unser „stylish Queen“-Zimmer war schon etwas abgewohnt. In der Gardine klaffte ein großer Riss, das Sofa hatte einen deutlichen Fleck, die Ecken einiger Möbel waren abgestoßen. Davon abgesehen war alles sauber. Die Fenster des Zimmers lassen sich nicht öffnen, der Luftreiniger / Klimaanlage hat uns eine Nacht aus dem Schlaf gerissen, weil er plötzlich laut und andauernd brummte.
Das größte Plus des Hotels ist das Frühstücksbuffet (western). Eine unglaubliche Auswahl und tolle Qualität. ...

Wunderschönes Hotel, blitzsauber, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Fantastisches Frühstück, frisch, mit lokalen Spezialitäten. Die Zimmer sind groß (als Familie zu dritt hatten wir genug Platz) mit großer Dusche. Zentral gelegen zwischen Burg, Fischmarkt und Geisha-Vierteln.

Close to city center, breakfast cafes close by. About 1,3 km from the station, so prepare to walk a bit. Bit that is always flat sidewalks where suitcases roll well. Castle and Gardens are close by. We did everything on foot and enjoyed our stay. Laundry machine with integrated dryer costs 500 yen.

Beautifully and special hotel, aesthetically stunning. Mondern architecture anchored in Japanese tradition. The good smell of the spaces and rooms makes it a very unique experience. Very clean, very friendly. We can fully recommend, one of the best hotels we stayed in in Japan. Just the breakfast didn’t feel convenient, very limited and over priced- for a lot of salat and carrots on a plate. We recommend to book the rooms without and use other occasions outside close by the hotel.
