„The room was very comfortable, and check in was smooth. I would caution families with small children from staying here, because of many of the signs decorating the interior are inappropriate (mild profanity, toilet humor). But the amenities were great, and the temperature was good, even though it's a basement unit.“

„Nice, clean property in a safe area. Excellent communication from the host.We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to stay again.“

„The host was very responsive, the house was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and the 4 bedrooms with king-size beds were perfect for our family group. I loved the breakfast nook. The basketball arcade-type game had no batteries to make it work, but we made it work, throwing down buckets against a 30-second timer on my phone. The house was around the corner from where I lived as a child, so it was perfect for our purposes.“

„Great location - very spacious and strong AC! host was very communicative and easy to deal with.“

„We had just a short stay but it was perfect for what we needed. The home was very clean and exactly as advertised. It is a great quiet neighborhood feel and comfortable home for our family and pets. Would highly recommend.“

„The property is well kept and the house decorated beautifully. We didn’t get to enjoy the adorable fire pit and barbecue as it rained most of our stay. The coffee bar was well stocked and a delightful welcome as we did not have time to shop prior to our arrival. Our family immensely enjoyed our time together. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. Claudia responds to messages immediately.“

„Terrific place to stay in Milford. Quaint & quiet neighborhood, close to beach and beautiful park near by to walk at (Walnut Beach Park). House was very well kept and stocked with everything you would need. Host communication was thorough and prompt. Would absolutely stay here again.“

„House had lots of space and was clean. Two of the kitchen cabinets were broken and the frying pans were dirty but the kitchen had decent amount of spices and cooking utensils. The steps to the upper and lower levels are very steep and slippery (tough for the dog!) and would recommend putting a carpet runner or pads (the railing going downstairs was coming off the wall at the top). The two queen beds in the room downstairs were facing sideways since the room was so narrow. There wasn't a pack n ...

„Very spacious and nicely decorated“

„We rented this home for our daughter’s college graduation and were fully transparent with the owner beforehand. Although the listing allows up to 15 guests, we never exceeded 14 people, and the gathering was simply close family, including grandparents and young children. There was no party or disruptive behavior.Around 10:30 PM on graduation night, the owner began repeatedly messaging me, saying he was “watching the house” and accusing us of violating the rental agreement.
