„Our family had a great stay. We ordered pizza delivered to the room. We had a great time in the pool - the hours are 6 to midnight which was greatly appreciated after our long drive. The breakfast was quick and easy. Room was 8/10 for cleanliness and the beds, pillows and temperature were all very comfortable. Would stay again.“

„Between our room (No 202) and the poolarea was one other guestroom. Nevertheless the very loud noise of the whirlpool didn't let us sleep. The whirlpool ran several times at night. It also seemed as if the staff was very annoyed by the guests. For instance: Breakfast until 10am meens for the Lady in the breakfast room untill 940. Twisting eyes were the answer of the guests "good morning". Friendliness is different in our opinion.“

„Wir waren 3 Nächte in dem Hotel in eau claire und waren sehr zufrieden. Es gab nur ein paar Kritikpunkte... da das hotel schon älter ist hatten wir ein paar Probleme mit unserer Tür. Die Schlüsselwörter die wir bekommen haben haben die Tür leider nicht richtig geöffnet... es dauerte immer mehrerer Minuten bis wir die Tür auf hatten. Haben insgesamt 6 Karten benutzt!!!! Und die Auswahl an Frühstück war leider sehr begrenzt und auch meistens aufgebraucht als wir zum Frühstück kamen. Es dauerte ...
