„They greeted us when we arrived and taught us the history of the property. The cottage was a great place to stay and we loved the grill and fire pit!“

„We visited Duluth and handful of times for the activities for children and the drive to or from the property was not long at all. Loved the location! Our two young boys loved the upstairs setup. Clean and comfortable. Host cleared the snow right away and at a reasonable time. Thank you for sharing this property. Definitely stay again!“

„Cabin is exactly as described. Host sent several messages to insure everything was fine. Just a couple of minutes from downtown Hayward. Comfortable bed along with two bunk beds, perfect for a family with two kids. No stove, but apartment size fridge, coffee maker etc.“

„We loved the location of the property and the friendliness of the host. The kitchen has adequate utensils. This was not the easiest place to locate, but the host helped with a great description of how to find it. We felt Expedia misled us when they indicated linens were provided when they definitely were not. Since this was our only booking requiring this it was a bit of a hassle to bring our own sheets, blanket, and pillows for a two night stay.“

„We only stayed one night because we were passing through. We were upgraded from a cabin to the lake house for no charge because of a booking conflict, so that was very good for us ! Lake house was very roomy , and had lots of character. Some antique furnishings , a full kitchen and laundry, and even two tubs of locally made ice cream in the freezer ! Mainfloor washroom was way too far away away from the bedrooms for our liking , but that would be our only complaint.“
