„This was the second time we had a friend meet-up/getaway in the Gatekeepers Cottage... it is just so lovely and well appointed. The hiking trails are so nice to get out and enjoy the birds and lake views. We loved using the grill and fire pit, not amenities. You can sit and watch birds in the front porch forever. Ted & Lori are so friendly and attentive, a very warm and welcoming stay overall. “

The cabin is great and you could sense that it has been a beloved destination for the family that has owned it for many decades. It is very comfortable and I'd love to visit in the fall. „This cabin was amazing! It was a simple one bed bath that was just big enough for two! We rented this since it was close to our friends wedding venue and I am absolutely blown away by it. Its close to a beautiful lake that has a small dock you can fish from, a few small hiking trails, and a personal apple orchard.
