„Very comfortable basement apartment with full bath, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, couch, etc. We had our own separate entrance and daylight windows with lots of light. The bed was comfortable and we had great communication with the owner. Conveniently located in Victor, which worked well for us in town for a Victor/Mendon wedding.“

„The property is a cute little house and the actual place you stay is the upstairs apartment. There were tons of fireflies in the front yard which was fun for our kids. People live in the house below. We didn’t receive an email or text beforehand with instructions for the property and had to text the owner to ask for the code to get in. „Our stay in this tastefully remodeled one-of-a-kind studio apartment for 3 nights was a very positive experience. The property is in the Neighborhood of the Arts and it is within easy walking distance of an assortment of performing arts venues, several museums, fine and modest restaurants and bars. Our primary destination on this visit to Rochester was to attend a performance at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre which was just a few blocks from the apartment. „The comforts and cleaniness of a remodel, while holding true to the charm of this classic four square. Gently and tastefully decorated. Host was incredibly quick to reply! Totally Recommend!Beds and couch were very comfortable, very clean. Kitchen was adequately stocked (coffee YES, microwave -no; Full-size fridge, good array of dishes & cooking equipment, but not much supplemental ingredients yet- as it's a newer rental, these will likely start to accumulate). „Great communication with host“

„The property is in a good location. Several local restaurants within reasonable walking distance. Eastman Museum within walking distance. The property is clean with available parking. Note the bathroom is down a small flight of stairs that was not well lit at night, and the handrail on the stairs seemed lower than we expected. The lock on the bathroom door got stuck a couple of times. “

„We didn't get our original place we booked but the host was so accommodating towards us, he ended up giving us two places. We were very grateful for the extra rooms. It made our stay that much more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the place could've been better, minor things like mirrors and counter tops had smudging and looked like it was done in a hurry. Other than that we had everything we needed for one night. “
