„We were in GR for a wedding, and many of the family and friends were staying in this hotel. The rooms and main areas were clean and well cared for and the staff friendly. The elevator was broken, which was an issue for some elderly guests and those who had to navigate the stairs in long dresses and heels. I'm sure they will get that fixed quickly. „Overall, we had a good experience at the Hyatt in Portland. The location was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had great amenities.
Unfortunately, the condition of the carpet in our room was a major disappointment. We were traveling with our pets, and the carpet appeared to have been heavily soiled by previous animals and had a very strong urine odor. It was unpleasant enough that it significantly impacted our stay.

„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon.
