„Was a great home“

„This was an absolute nightmare. The whole hotel smells like excretions. You don’t want to take any breath there. There are stains all over the carpet and you don’t really want to know what that is. The walls and ceiling are moldy. The entire building should be demolished. To call it a hotel is a cheek. I wouldn't even offer that to an animal“

„Was sollen den das? Das Hotel hatte auf behördliche Anweisung geschlossen. Ich erwarte mein komplettes Geld für den nicht erfolgten Aufenthalt zurück. PS ich warte immer noch auf einen Rückruf ihres Reklamationsteams. Besser wäre es aber, ich würde eine email erhalten. “

„This hotel is Conveniently located across the street from Kings Dominion. We drove 3 1/2 hours to go to amusement park and after a long day needed to rest. We drove literally out of the park lot across street to this hotel. The indoor pool added for extra fun for kids. Pool open til11pm and check out at 12 so that helped a lot to. The hotel is clean and served a good breakfast. The beds aren’t the best but everything is clean!“

„The property, parking & rooms are beautiful. However…my daughter and I both had the worst sleep of our life here. It was so extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) we were up for 2 nights. Also, we got scammed upon checkin. Our reservation was cancelled and we were never called about the card we used on file. The staff member said “oh we cancelled alot of reservations this morning. But don’t worry we’ll just rebook it for you. Someone should’ve called you”. No one called, the price was double ...
