„This was a clean, well-equipped and comfortable apartment. The location is good but does require a car to explore the city and pick up groceries. Parking was easy and free. The balcony was a nice place to sit as the temperature got warmer. Air conditioning was very effective. Would stay again.“

The Kitchen was large andadequate for any type of cooking or dining. „The apartment was spacious and clean with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. It is above a laundromat but we never heard anything from downstairs. Parking was easy. We were there to ride bikes on the Capital City trail and the location was convenient because it was close (2 miles) to the start of the trail. My only complaint is that there are not restaurants in walking distance to the apartment but they were a short drive away. Overall a very pleasant stay.“

„Already left a review from last week. Staying a second time in a week will emphasize this is a nice place that I would stay again in a week. See other review for what I liked (which was everything). This studio gets lots of natural light (which is great). However, in the summer months you may want to bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in.“

„This second floor apartment brings modern convenience to the historic space. Everything works as it should, and the space is well appointed and very clean. Great neighborhood with several restaurants within a three-block radius. Good communication with David and simple access. Highly recommend.“
