„Air conditioning worked well. Beds were clean and comfortable. No problem with hot water and showers. In general the hotel needs major upgrades and the price reflects its degradation. Better than sleeping in your car, barely.“

„We really liked the location - restaurants and shopping close by but still quiet surroundings. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom could have been cleaner and was a bit dated. Breakfast was good and offered a typical selection (coffee, eggs, toast, jam...). Hotel is overall okay, especially for a shorter stay.“

„The staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly and helpful!! Whenever we are in the area we will be staying there😊 The room was perfect and had all we needed and more. If I have to say a negative, the only thing is the carpet has some stains, but how are you to avoid that?!! We loved this hotel!!“

„Extremely dirty in our hotel room. Pillow cases stained, washroom was very dirty, mold on shower curtain. Spoke with reception to remedy it 3 times . No change across a 6 night stay. Bed was made once in that time and pillows and sheets weren’t clean after change. Overall would not stay here. Recommend bringing cleaning materials if you end up staying here“

„Nice room and convenient location to highway, shopping and food but there were so many kids throughout the hotel and in the bar area my entire stay traveling for work I would opt for another hotel. Family friendly, this is definitely the hotel for you.“

„It was a decent room. However, as I was laying down, I noticed a small fly landing next to me on my pillow. That part disgusted me and made me wonder where it came from. After that, I started smelling the blanket and parts of it smelled musty and parts smelled fine. It just leads me to wonder why? It made me wonder if the sheets were really cleaned or did they re-use some of the stuff?“

„Room was clean, staff was friendly! The room was comfortable, the only complaint was a few things regarding the bathroom: sliding door on the bathroom didn't allow for a lot of privacy, and it was very heavy and loud on the track! There was also zero ventilation in the bathroom, which made it temporarily very humid in our room. Otherwise would recommend!“

„My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. I really appreciated her. The breakfast was well maintained and a very nice selection. I would stay here again!“

„This is a fantastic hotel for a family. First the waterpark. Super fun for adults and kids. They offer food and drinks for kids and adult beverages. The hotel has a bar and restaurant . But there is a Dave and Busters in the parking lot, Chic filet across the street , Dollar Tree , Crumbl Cookie and any other eating place or shopping place you could imagine is right there. Room was nice with bunk beds for the kids. Big parking lot. Would stay again for sure“
