„The staff were very lovely! And the room was clean and very nice area! When we ran out of toiletries we got give more! Would definitely stay here again! Had bored games for guest to use and a full stack of books! Very good place to stay! “

„It was very clean and quiet. The resort was beautiful. My checkin was after 3pm on a Saturday and I did not know that the office would be closed. Thankfully a man came out and showed me what to do. Also I am 55 year old woman - I was on my own and on the top floor. From the car park I had to climb 8 flights of steps with a heavy suitcase and NO ONE to help. I was in tears but made it. “

„Great stay. Very close to the beach. Had a good beach view from our room (11). Apartment was older style (not renovated) but still very clean and comfortable. Nice pool/spa and bbq area. Close to all shops needed including Woolworths.“

„A modern 2 bed unit, well set up for the holiday maker. Great kitchen lounge room, with a dining area. Kitchen has lots of appliances, plates and cutlery. The unit I was in was clise to the pool, spa and bbq area. The complex is a very short walk to a great walkway, and the beach. The unit I was in had 2 bathrooms, which included a laundry and bathtub. It also had a walk in robe. Was disappointed in the bed. I didnt find it comfortable, plus the last 2 nights the upstairs neighbour was doing ...

„If you’d like to drop out for a few days this is the place. Donna has made the apartment very comfortable and you don’t need to worry about bringing any appliances. Even little thoughtful items like chocolates, chips , crackers , coffee and different teas to name a few.. Beds comfortable and amenities are fresh and clean. Close to all your walking tracks . Fox cafe and Binna Birra lodge restaurant won’t disappoint. Loved the pool and outdoor area. Little wallabies and plenty of birds to hear ...

„We had the best stay at Hayley's place. Location was amazing as we could walk everywhere and didn't even need a car. Thoughtful and super clean and cute place with everything you needed for a great stay. Hayley was so kind and quick to respond to all our needs. Loved the outdoor patio. Thanks!“

„We stayed in apartment 33, 6th floor (top) ocean view. The view was spectacular and the appartment clean and very nice. The block has a lift and a designated underground parking space (note the spaces are tight and max car height is 1.95m). It is absolutely beachfront, has a nice quiet pool and is about 10-15 mins walk from cafes and IGA in Tugun. The appartment has a washing machine and dishwasher, and comes with a couple of sachets of dishwasher powder and washing up liquid though no cooking ...

„Had everything I needed - Large, spacious unit with spectacular views, across from the beach. Good property layout - pools x 2 (1 - Kids), sauna, spa, quiet sun lounge area, family bbq, kids playground, mini golf (for a hit & a giggle). Friendly office Staff, Cleaners & locals living there. Be aware there are roadworks directly outside on the main highway (but not noticeable if the windows are shut). It didn’t impede my visit at all. “

Good location but disappointed otherwise

"The location is great (close to the ocean and in the middle of byron bay), parking is included which was nice. However, unfortunately the pictures of the hotel are deceptive, the room we stayed in had multiple dirty spots on the floor, the bathtub was not cleaned when we arrived and the towels had hair and stings on them. The curtains didnt keep the light outside the room at night and right next to the entrance of our room was the fan of the asian restaraunt so that our room smelt like a chicken rostery at some times. In general it is rather aged and could use an update. Also, i wouldnt say that it is worth 4 stars. "
