After a small but muddy hike (and a bit of rain in the morning) we came up to the beautiful Killen falls. There are no crocs (unlike many other places in Australia) so it was a beautiful day of swimming under the waterfall and in the swimming hole. To my surprise the falling water was warm! Hard to get a good shot as there were a lot of people around but I got there in the end
Another one from Killen falls! Only about a 10 minute walk. This was after a tiny bit of rain #waterlust #roadtrip
Killen Falls is another great little day out in the Byron Bay region. Make sure you walk down to the bottom and sit in the cave behind the falls. The top of the falls has quite scabrous rocks and is a tad uncomfortable.

One of the best stays in Australia
One of the best stays! The tents are beautiful and the shared facilities are very clean and tidy. Would recommend and stay again! You hear the sea in the night and have just a calm and relaxing stay.

Good location but disappointed otherwise
The location is great (close to the ocean and in the middle of byron bay), parking is included which was nice. However, unfortunately the pictures of the hotel are deceptive, the room we stayed in had multiple dirty spots on the floor, the bathtub was not cleaned when we arrived and the towels had ...

Unterkunft war wirklich gut. Hatten ein Budget-Apartement ohne View, das wussten wir zum voraus, aber 590$ für 2 Nächte ist absolute Frechheit. Mehr als 400$ dürfte das nicht kosten. Lage ist perfekt
