„The cabin has a good location to access the water; however, it is poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we noticed the chairs and tables outside were covered with dust and bird poo. We cannot close the door very well and we had to fix it. There was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner provided. What is even worse, we didn’t dare to use the microwave or coffee maker because they look dirty. The refrigerator is also dirty.“

„The room was absolutely perfect for a short trip to Caddo Lake. Two beds, shower/toilet, AC, parking, TV with roku, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and easy access to everything around the lake. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the AC kept us cool the entire stay. My only complaint is that the showerhead was too powerful, and the water goes everywhere in the bathroom. There is peeling on the floor.“
