„I arrived late and it was no problem. And we were late checking out and Angela was friendly when I said we needed some more time and there was no extra charge. The room was great the suite is perfect for a family. “
„My stay was to perfection. Quiet, peace, fun, and very comfortably!!! Staff at the front desk were amazing!! Some of Housekeeping could be better with their attitude but they were doing a great job as well!! The breakfast provider made me feel welcomed as if it was bed in breakfast n stayed on top of breakfast items!! The water from a visual eye was not too good but hey it’s west Monroe that’s normal, still felt good!!! 9/10 Good Job wingate!!“

"We booked a non-smoking room, but the entire room reeks of marijuana, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. Outside, people are screaming, playing loud music, and causing constant disturbance. The atmosphere feels unsafe and unsettling, especially for families or anyone seeking a quiet stay. Management seems uninterested in addressing these issues, which makes the overall experience extremely disappointing. Definitely not recommended."
