„New property, real nice. Cute studio. What I would recommend to management is a second nightstand needed for both sides of the bed. Also a hanger in the shower, so your shampoo soap are not sitting on the floor . Thank you.We really enjoyed our stay“

„Loved our stay at Living Springs. Studio A was very nicely decorated, comfortable bed, and we took advantage of the peaceful outside space using the charcoal grill and fire pit both nights. Super convenient to Lassen Volcanic NP which was our destination. “

„We loved cozy apartment rental in Mt Shasta. Great windows to the west and lots of light. Close to everything and we walked a lot. Quiet and comfortable. Also loved Mt Shasta, the town and the mountain.“

We hadn't been back for couple of years and were coming back to our homfetown of over 40 years before retirement, to attend a wedding of our good friends' son. The wedding was formal, tuxedos, back dresses, the whole thing.We traveld over 200 miles and got into town the day before the wedding. Needles to say, we were very disappointed when we started to get ready for the wedding the next day to discover that we had no hot water in the ...

„The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were also comfortable. We were able to make a meal in the nice kitchen which had all the plates, utensils and pans needed. It DID NOT smell like cigarettes smoke or mildew like some hotel or other places do. I would stay here again if we come to Chico.“

„Wonderful cottage that is incredibly private (even though it’s below the home). Well stocked kitchen with good knives and appliances (something people tend to skimp on). We had a wonderful time here and look forward to coming back with our lil’ dog. Host was friendly and communicative- and we had our IRL neighbors in the other unit so it was awesome for shared dinners, drinks on the patio (coffee and wine), and game night. Dunsmuir is a wonderful little town and a nice escape from SF. Can’t wait ...

"Die Fenster waren nicht dicht. Es war sehr laut. Die Handtücher etwas angegraut und schmutzig. Beim Versuch deine warme Dusche zu nehmen hatte man die Duscharmatur in der Hand und mußte kalt duschen. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption bemängelt und die Duscharmatur vorgelegt. Dies fand die Dame lustig. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Beim Frühstück, das auch kein Highlight war, war jeder Toast einzeln in zwei Folien eingepackt !!! Ein Hinweis, daß das Waschbecken nicht im Badezimmer ist, wäre hilfreich. Das war auf den Bildern für uns nicht zu erkennen. Insgesamt war es zu teuer. "
