„I liked the flair and style of The Brown. The preserved elegance of the Twenties. But although the modern amenities like USB outlets and coffeemaker in the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and Graham's Cafe were friendly and welcoming. It was so wonderful to sit down at a table decked out in white tablelinen, clean shiny silverware and linen napkin, sipping a glass of Chianti while listening to live piano music. “

„Wir waren zuerst etwas skeptisch, haben aber keine Minute bereut, dass wir dort waren. Der Service war sehr gut, alle MitarbeiterInnen waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut und der Lunch gut und günstig.“

„Very nice apartment near the NuLu district. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. Free parking which was great too. Somewhat confusing on my credit card statement, since they charged twice for half the amount. Total was fine, but confusing. “

"After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts). But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit hectic for the reasons mentioned before. Three and a half stars ***1/2* "
