I had the pleasure of conversing with her during my last two trips. Good breakfast, plenty of seating and relatively close to plenty of food and shopping options. However, this visitor our room was not clean and despite bringing it to the attention of the front desk twice, it still was not cleaned prior ...

„The room I stayed in - "extra lock" on the door, did not lock all the way. I did not like that the maintenace could not fix it until Monday. In my opinion if housekeeping is available then mainteance should be available as well. That needs to be changed ASAP!!!“
