„Upscale boutique hotel. But I can't figure out what I'm paying for. Service? There is none. Parking? On your own. Luxury? A mix of modern appointments and cheap ass particle board in unfinished concrete floors. No room service or housekeeping. No staff. Check in code didn't work. Great location on bardstown Rd w shops and dining options and bars. I'm a vendor for pride festival, and it's the only hotel on site.“
