"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Every request we made was fulfilled, including our wish for a room on a higher floor with a view overlooking the temple. The location is perfect—just a few minutes away from the MRT, shopping areas, and plenty of restaurants. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the wonderful Skybar with great drinks and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the price was excellent considering all the amenities offered. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!"

"Problem during checkin - someone at ebookers or Fullerton mixed it up. Single person, prepaid, vs two rooms unpaid… They handled it very professional, provided even an upgrade and added breakfast, so no complains at all."

"Schönes Hotel direkt an der Metrostation Bencoolen. Ruhiges, vielleicht etwas kleines Zimmer. Aber für drei Nächte vollkommen ausreichend. Recht großes Bad mit großer Dusche. Mehrere Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ein 7Eleven Laden direkt daneben. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen."
