„The apartment has everything we need for preparing meals. You can find lots of stores downstairs. The host is flexible and easy to reach. It is quite. You can always find parking spot. The parking cost 7:00 to 15 per day depending on the time you get out. “

„The property looked lovely online, however is not new at all. It is well worn with dirty bathrooms, and a door that didnt lock. The spare sofa bed, had no cushioning at all, and we were made to feel privleged to have an uncomfortable mattress put on top of it. We moved out at day 3 of 5, and was forced spend another $1000 to accomodate us all. Really dissapointing“

„Bus stop right next to the unit which helps with getting around. Entrance lobby looks like a stock room, Mirror door leads to the hallway to the elevator which is unusual. Unit is tight and the sofa bed needs replacement, it’s broken and stained! Cabinet door needs repair. Washer dryer refrigerator and kitchen supplies were in good condition. “

„The place is very very small, not easily accessible, elevator doesn't reach all floors. And owner doesn't respond and doesn't take care of essentials, cleanliness etc.“

„so arrived there at 6am with my 89 year old dad in wheelchair and 80 year old mom - the entry way was totally crappy but proceeded to lift which is hardly enough for two small people. upon reaching 3rd floor , we had climb 20 more stairs to the unit.which we could not with the wheelchair. so i called owner and said we cannot stay here as my dad cannot climb so much . basically he told me thats not his problem and that he had indicated that no wheelchair in some fine print.ended up going to major ...

„Suddenly the owner cancel my booked 1 day before, indone eberything paid and get confirmation already, vrbo have to blacklist them i don’t know the owner or broker but he said oner on the list. Very Bad“

„The manager had good communication and the room was clean. The room did not match the one pictured, but was similar at least with 2 smaller windows with shudders and a double door to a small balcony and had a combination washer/dryer and kitchen with bare essentials. We would not plan to stay here again though as the room was quite loud from the street noise, the door to the outside had a large 2" gap at the bottom allowing bugs and ants free access to the room. "The Pan Pacific provides you with a truly wonderful experience when being in Singapore and can definitely recommend to stay there! The hotel is located close to the bay with all you need closeby. The hotel itself provides you with a relaxing and luxurious feeling already when you arrive. Amy at the front desk made us feel so welcome and even granted us an upgrade, even though it had been a long time since our last visit. The room was absolutely amazing — cozy, luxurious, and with a lovely balcony for stunning views of Singapore. The whole hotel felt like a mix of calm spa vibes and top-quality comfort. The breakfast buffet was a dream, including fresh dishes from all over the world and fresh juices. Everyone we met was very friendly and always happy to help to make our stay more comfortable. Ralph at the pool was especially kind and attentive. When it was time to leave, Prabu and Brendan were very helpful as well to help with the luggage and organise a good transportation for us. All in all, it was a fantastic experience with genuine warmth and hospitality from the staff. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"
