„We had trouble with the tv in our room. The staff was very accommodating in getting to our concerns quickly. When unable to correct the issue, they offered options on how to proceed. We’d like to shout-out to Carol who addressed the problem quickly & made sure it was resolved to our liking. She was very kind.“

„The Cabin was as described and clean and warm enough. But I booked via Expedia for a good price and with the checkin, they charged us 10$ extra for the linens. It was late and cold so we "accepted" that. No coffee in the morning. Showers are hot, but a little walk. For tha half price, I'd say "perfect". For this proce, I'd say: "Only if you insist into a cabin in the woods", comfort for the same price or lower is better in any motel.“
