„This is the first time I have made a negative report about any hotel-- stay somewhere else. The property is a rehabbed luxury home from the late 1800s or early 1900s--probably the home of a Pittsburgh robber baron. There is no staff. „You have to lift your luggage by yourself up the staircases, there is no lift and no help. Elderly people shoudl be warned about this. The room looks as if it has been renovated the last time 40 years ago. It was clean but everything was very, very much last century including a carpet. The room was on top smelly. The TV seemed to be 25 years old. The bathroom has no light, the sink to brush my teeth was in the room and you stand on carpet. That's not what I would expect from a hotel today. The ...

„Property was right across street from PNC park which was great. Parking was very limited due to construction next door. Was charged $27 a day to park the car and were told if we left to drive somewhere they wouldn’t guarantee a spot to park when got back so had to walk everywhere and not go places we wanted to see. Should let people know about parking. Other than that the property was great and staff were very friendly“

„Location is great, as downtown can be reached within 15 Min walk. Around the hotel are a lot of restaurants & bars. Only thing we didn't like was breakfast. For a hotel in such a price range, paper plates simply do not fit. Range of food also was not too big and quality was not the best. Everything else was fine, especially friendly staff at reception.“
