„I booked this for my business colleagues, and the check-in process was confusing. It required a code to be verbally relayed to a clerk in the convenience store on the main floor of the building, which I didn't receive beforehand. Without the code my two guests weren't able to check-in. It took several asks to get the host to call the people who were staying there directly instead of communicating with me through the VRBO messenger, when I wasn't the one staying there and wasn't with them. „The property was clean and well equipped. It is close to the West Edmonton Mall as advertised, however, there is major construction and no walkway to the mall. Driving was still required. This important detail was not shared. Once construction is completed this will be a great place for a mall getaway.“

I had asked if the unit was mobility friendly and was told it was however the beds were super low and there were no rails or supports in shower.
