„*Checked in late, the place was still dirty. Not cleaned from the previous guests. Checked in at 4:30pm and contact guest services. Didn’t get the email until after 8:30pm that the property was cleaned and ready for us. The place was comfortable and clean after that. Just a shame the cleaning department dropped the ball on this one. Appreciate the help from the properties contact, for staying in touch and taking our concerns seriously. „Really nice place, super clean, nice decor, i would recommend bringing your own towels for comfort the ones provided have a musty smell, it also smells like cigarettes when you walk in i don't know if the owner smoke in the house or the people before them but its in the walls other then that its a great place and i enjoyed my stay“
