„The house was spacious, well supplied with all that we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean, quiet, beds comfortable, and we appreciated the ambience of the forest. Turning in the driveway was a bit of a challenge with the kayaks on the cars, but a small thing in the end. There were four of us, but this cottage would be good for more, and prepared for young children too. The wood burning stove was cozy to light after a cold day kayaking. We enjoyed our stay.“

Our fridge included the ingredients for a lovely breakfast and we appreciated the fresh flowers. The space is spotless and the surrounding area is beautiful. „I loved the solitude of this property and the proximity to the beach. I would definately stay again for a shorter period. The lack of cell service and a strong internet connection was a problem for us. I appreciated the bbq, fire pit and comfort of the beds. I did really miss having a tub though. A hot tub would be a great addition. Pretty far from town but doable if you are there for peace and quiet and not concerned with proximity to amenities or work from home. „Spent our first night and husband and wife. Was nice to get away from the city without having to drive too much. No frills basic stay. No light pollution on the night of Perseids meteor shower made for some romantic star gazing. Mongolian yurts were interesting to see! Thanks for a nice stay!“
