„The ad was slightly misleading, the Hot Tub is communal and shared by others in the facility. if you want to use it you have to text the owner so they can assure you privacy. It is not on the deck right outside the unit. Had I known that ahead of time i would have booked in somewhere else. “

„The Latch Inn is a wonderful Heritage House. You feel like a royal there. Near Victoria Airport ( but no noise) and Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal, in a very quiet area, next to the marina. David is a very attentive host. Breakfast is extraordinary. “

„Loved our stay. We just have a few suggestions. The bathroom fan needs to be connected. Fixing the bedroom window handle so we had the ability to open it would be great. It was very warm when we arrived. We found the pillows and bed not firm enough. “

„This was an ideal location for the downtown area, close to all amenities. The local host was easy to work with and walked me thru access to the unit. Internally the unit had all I needed however the bedroom is quite small with narrow clearance between bed and walls which could be an issue if you have mobility problems.“
