It was not the best decision to put a family with two young kids opposite the elevator and the high frequented ice machine. Calling the desk was not possible because the phone was dead. Room cleaning did not happen at all. Only the trash was emptied “

We did not use the kitchen, but was very clean. The bathroom is small, there's not much room between the toilet and sink.
