Die Möblierung des Hauses entspricht den Fotos in einem frechen Industriallook, leider sind einige Möbelstücke etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ebenso der Gartenzaun welcher einige Lücken aufweist und der Pool mal einen neuen Anstrich benötigt. Zimmer und Betten sind gut, Küche praktisch, da wünschte ich mir schon ein wenig mehr Geschirr. „Casa Bella was very clean and nicely maintained. But the so called 5th bedroom was an “office/bedroom with a pull- out but not a bed. The 4th bathroom was so tiny that you couldn’t use the toilet and close the door. None of the showers could get cold water. The water was steaming hot in every shower. Accommodations were nicely sufficient“

„If you just want to chill out by the lake , R&R this is you place. They had fishing poles, chairs, umbrella, a beautiful wrap around porch where bought some wine and we hung out and played scrabble. The apartment was charming with all amenities and comforts. Amazing hosts! Choose how to spend your day, shopping, a mall, movie theater, all restaurants everything is close by. We will definitely be returning. 5 stars “

„Adorable bungalow was perfect for our weekend stay to attend a wedding and visit family in the area. Older home but very well stocked and comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. Convenient location to the airport and tourist areas. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore Sanford but hope to next time we are in the area. “

„Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Es war reichlich Platz und auch sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Gleich um die Ecke war Winter Park, einer der schönsten Stadtbezirke von Orlando. Ausserdem liegt das Haus ideal um Ausflüge rund um Orlando als auch bis zum Meer zu machen. Selbstverständlich auch in Orlando.“

„We had a beautiful stay in this home while we were in town for a baseball tournament. Great proximity and there’s a Publix on the way to the fields! Super clean. Beds are comfortable! And hearing the Fountain outside while we slept was the icing on the cake. We will be back :-)“

„We had a group of 10 friends from Columbus, Ga that drove down for an anniversary in Orlando, Deltona and Daytona and this place was centrally located to everything. Everyone loved the home, it is an older house with many upgrades and amenities. We definitely loved that they provide phone chargers throughout the house. Plenty of blankets and towels for everyone. Will definitely stay again and recommend to other people. “

„Carlos was so nice and clear in communication. Easy access to the property with secure code system. The house has been furnitured with style and class and was super clean in a quiet area. „More than enough room to family. Porch was amazing and the kitchen adequately provisioned. We were able to cook up a great meal with fresh caught Florida fish! The gym was fun for my tribe of boys to burn off energy. The huge couch fit all six of us for movie night. The architecture was fun to explore. We totally felt like we were in Italy or Spain. “
