„Der Check- in funktionierte nicht gut. Wir trafen nach 17.00 Uhr ein und unser Zimmer war nicht bereit. So war es dann auch gereinigt... Der Boden im Bad war schmutzig und die Mülleimer nicht geleert. Die Zimmerausstattung ist schön, das Bett war besonders bequem, leider funktionierte aber auch das WLAN nicht.
Das Frühstück am Morgen war schlecht. Keine Tassen für den Kaffee, viel Auswahl gab es nicht. Vieles wurde nicht aufgefüllt.

„Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. “
