„Der Check- in funktionierte nicht gut. Wir trafen nach 17.00 Uhr ein und unser Zimmer war nicht bereit. So war es dann auch gereinigt... Der Boden im Bad war schmutzig und die Mülleimer nicht geleert. Die Zimmerausstattung ist schön, das Bett war besonders bequem, leider funktionierte aber auch das WLAN nicht.
Das Frühstück am Morgen war schlecht. Keine Tassen für den Kaffee, viel Auswahl gab es nicht. Vieles wurde nicht aufgefüllt.
