„Excellent experience. Great hosts and great amenities. The kitchen had all I needed to cook a few meals. It was very clean and comfortable. I loved the local touches like books, games and restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Close to UT, but GPS does take you through a sketch street to get there- just be mindful of that! I would definitely stay here again!“

„Was very underwhelmed, pictures on the listing were perfect but that was far from what the stay started off as. When checked in and first viewing the listing the home had not been cleaned. I immediately reached out to the host who said “it was a scheduling misunderstanding”, I can say the were quick to get someone out the clean, there were bugs which we don’t know where they were coming from. There was mold in the AC which we asked the host to make sure the cleaners attended to but that request ...

„We have three adults who come to at least one UT football game each year, and we have explored various hotel options. This time we tried this property from VRBO, and it was perfect. It was spacious and comfortable. We were able to walk to the game. Also, it was nice having all of us in the same location.“

„In the middle of downtown Maryville. Shops, restaurants and night life just a step away. Grocery and other shops just a short drive from apartment. Place was clean and had all the amenities of home. Full kitchen, living area and private bathroom make it great for longer stays. Host responded in minutes thru the app and text and was always positive. Also loved that parking was free and right across the street.“
