„Very Quiet neighborhood. Did not realize this is a second floor apartment which was a challenge to me. Felt the price was a little steep but overall a good stay. Convenient to downtown area. Excellent coffee shop just around the corner. Bed was comfortable. Huge refrigerator. Only coffee maker was a 1 cup kuerig, would be nice to have a larger drip machine. Good water pressure. Would stay again if I have to go back to knoxville.“

„The room was very clean and quiet. I had no issues with the building. I did not feel the area was really very safe for walking to some of the nearby breweries and restaurants. However, it was not a big deal for me to drive to those places.“

„We have stayed in several locations around Knoxville while visiting UT Medical. Old City is our favorite, and this loft was clean, comfortable, fun, and steps away from unique dining destinations and a short walk to Market Square. We had delicious dinner at Fiori, and for breakfast we did the short drive to Kern Food Hall and ate at Eggspectation. Definitely recommend a trip to Kern Food Hall. Check in/out was easy, & the host was very patient and helpful when we had a booking glitch on our end. ...

„This loft is perfect for a stay in Knoxville. Great location, close to may restaurants, bars, etc. Also very walkable to UTK. The loft has everything you need, including parking (included) just a short block away. The unit is very quiet and clean. It has large windows and a great view of the sunrise making it very light and open inside. Beds are comfortable and bathroom good size and clean. Communication was top notch. A very enjoyable stay that I would recommend to others.“

„This is a cute studio in Knoxville! There are shops and bars/restaurants down the street that we walked to, and we easily could have walked to all the sites downtown (but Lyft was less that 5 so we were lazy). Everything was great and we would stay here again if we return!“
